SPOKANE, Wash. — A community fitness class in downtown Spokane is moving indoors Thursday evening because of smoky conditions and high temperatures.
The Post Street Work-Out class will be held at the River Park Square Atrium on the first floor in front of the escalators instead of its usual outdoor location, organizers announced.
The 6 p.m. session will be led by Alexia Hemingway of Orangetheory Fitness and will focus on bodyweight exercises.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga or exercise mat and a water bottle.
A limited number of extra mats will be available.
