Due to extreme fire behavior, Northern Lights Electric Cooperative says Public Safety Power Shutoffs will be taking place across north Idaho and Montana.
Northern Lights says this outage began at 5 p.m. on Thursday and is expected to last until 11 a.m. on Friday.
The power shut off impacts customers in Troy, Montana, Lincoln County, north of Bonners Ferry, west of Sandpoint, north of Priest River, communities near Sagle, Schweitzer Mountain, and more.
Anyone who is impacted by the shutoff will be notified directly.
