SPOKANE, Wash. — Northbound U.S. 395 remains fully closed near the Wandermere Bridge following a major incident Tuesday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol.
A driver may have been involved in a domestic violence situation before crashing into three other vehicles, WSP reported. The agency has not confirmed reports that a shooting occurred.
One person was transported to a hospital. Northbound lanes remain closed as the investigation continues. Drivers are being detoured onto Wandermere Road.
There is no estimated time for the highway to reopen.
The incident occurred around 2:45 p.m., approximately 2 miles north of the Spokane city limits, according to WSP.
