SPOKANE, Wash. — Firefighters updated the number of homes and other buildings that have been damaged or destroyed by three major wildfires burning in Spokane County.
According to incident teams, 913 structures have been impacted. By each fire, the Old Trails fire has burned 694, the Autumn Lane has burned 160, and the Fairview has burned 59.
Crews says these are still preliminary numbers ,and they expect those to rise.
Firefighters also gave an update on how many acres have burned from these fires.
The Old Trails fire has burned 3574 acres, Autumn Lane has burned 5870 acres, and Fairview has burned 992 acres. Collectively they’ve burned about 10,400 acres, or about 16 square miles.
