SPOKANE, Wash – The incident commander on the Spokane complex of fires says the Autumn Lane Fire burning in north Spokane and south Stevens County is the priority right now, with the most active fire burning in that area.
The Autumn Lane fire was especially active Sunday night into Monday morning. The latest incident report from Monday morning says two fire heads are pushing north and northeast through the Barney Coker Canyon.
“Every resource available, we’re moving to that section,” the Tom Clemo, incident commander said.
The Old Trails Fire, the Autumn Lane Fire and the Fairview fire make up the Spokane complex.
Firefighters have zero containment and the fires have burned an estimated 8,026 acres and between 700 and 1,100 structures.
