SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A major fire is burning at an apartment complex in Spokane Valley Sunday afternoon.
According to the Spokane Valley Fire Department, the fire is located at the Eagle Rock Apartments near Mansfield and Pines. It was called in just before 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Fire crews are currently working to put out the fire from the outside. People are asked to please avoid the area while firefighters are on the scene.
SVFD says a brush fire near the apartment building has also started. Crews from the Washington Department of Natural Resources and Spokane Fire Department are working to contain that fire.
