OKANOGAN COUNTY, Wash. — The Colville Tribes will be granting administrative leave to non-essential staff affected by the Kaiser Canyon Fire in Nespelem.
According to the Tribe, administrative leave will be given to non-essential staff working in the area or those under evacuations for Monday.
Employees deemed essential and not covered by this leave include public works, information technology, fire management, NRE, DOT, and dam safety employees.
All qualified firefighters should also be considered essential and report to their supervisors.
