KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho — In honor of America’s 250th birthday this year, the Idaho Transportation Department installed new flags on Fourth of July Pass over I-90.
ITD says it hopes the flags serve as a point of pride for travelers, and asks everyone to slow down, stay focused, and help crews stay safe on the road.
