GRANT COUNTY, Wash. — A Moses Lake man was arrested Monday after displaying a handgun at a Cascade Valley espresso stand.
At approximately 4:30 p.m., Grant County deputies responded to a weapons offense call at The Busy Bean Espresso on Valley Road.
According to the employee, 34-year-old Colton Hofstetter showed a handgun and made statements indicating he planned to retaliate against his family for unspecified reasons.
Moses Lake police later located Hofstetter near Broadway Avenue and South Balsam Street and took him into custody.
His vehicle was seized pending a search warrant.
Hofstetter was booked into the Grant County Jail on suspicion of unlawful possession of a handgun and third-degree malicious mischief for allegedly vandalizing a vehicle owned by his family.
