SPOKANE, Wash –All 14 of the people unaccounted for in the Spokane Area Fires have now been located.
The Spokane County Sheriff confirmed that Tuesday morning.
Sheriff John Nowels said earlier in the week that around 300 people called 911 during the first day of the fires asking for help.
The Sheriff’s department was able to reach all of those callers, aside from 14.
The Sheriff emphasized that these people were never considered missing.
No other missing or deceased people are reported as a result of the Spokane Area Fires.
