CHENEY, Wash. — Cheney Public Schools will provide free breakfast and lunch to children ages 1–18 at several locations in Cheney and Airway Heights from June 29 through July 30, 2026. No cash is accepted, and registration is not required but encouraged.
Breakfast runs 8–9 a.m. and lunch 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday at three sites: Cheney High School (460 N. 6th St.), Snowdon Elementary (6323 S. Holly Rd.) and Sunset Elementary (12824 W. 12th St., Airway Heights). Thursday lunch at Snowdon shifts to 12–12:30 p.m.
Beginning July 2, Airway Heights Parks & Recreation (11405 W. Deno Rd.) joins Snowdon Elementary for Thursday-only pickup from 12–12:30 p.m., allowing families to collect meals covering Friday through Sunday.
Children may take one fruit, vegetable, or grain item offsite. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
