SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane County Interstate Fair has introduced its 2026 mascot, a newborn Highland girl cow named Clover, and is celebrating with a monthlong “baby shower” fundraiser.
Clover was born March 3 to Cedar, a 3-year-old cow who previously served as the fair’s 2022 mascot.
As part of the promotion, fair organizers are inviting the public to make donations throughout the month.
In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, those who donate Tuesday will be entered into a drawing to win four free fair admission tickets.
More information about the fundraiser and how to donate is available on the fair’s website.
