SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Indians have one final crack at their home crowd this week, hosting the Tri-City Dust Devils starting tonight through Sunday.
We caught up with a couple of players today on how they think the year has gone thus far.
“It’s been great to be home, and just this morning, I went home and had breakfast with my parents,” Spokane native and Indians pitcher Stu Flesland III said. “It’s been really nice this year, and then I think so far as a player this year, I’ve developed quite a bit on the mental side of the game, kinda going out how I pitch against guys, how I sequence them.”
“Yeah, I think it’s real exciting, you get your first taste of what pro ball is, I think just getting all that right now will just prepare me for next season,” Indians outfielder Max Belyeu said.
The Indians face the Dust Devils this week and then travel to the Eugene Emeralds to close the 2025 campaign.
