SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Local law enforcement is hosting a family-fun event this weekend and helping kids get ready to head back to school.
This weekend, check out the COPS & KIDS Car Show at Balfour Park in Spokane Valley.
The event will feature a car show, live music, food, face painting, and displays for the Spokane Valley Police Department and sheriff’s office.
The event is free but entry to the car show is free with a donated school supply.
The community is asked to bring backpacks and more back-to-school supplies for Spokane Valley kids.
The COPS & KIDS Car Show is Saturday, August 23 from 4-7 p.m.
