SPOKANE, Wash. – The Eastern Washington Eagles come to Spokane for a “Red Turf Takeover” where they’ll suit up and scrimmage at ONE Spokane Stadium next Thursday.
The event has free admission with gates opening at 5 p.m. and the scrimmage starting at 6 p.m. with team autographs and pictures to follow.
This is the first time EWU has come to Spokane for a football event, and one of their incentives to attend is free hot dogs for the first 509 fans to enter through the gates.
Eastern kicks off their season at the No. 5 Incarnate Word Cardinals on August 30.
