SPOKANE, Wash. — A car crashed into a telephone pole on West Mallon Avenue in Spokane Monday night causing internet outages for some local businesses.
Canopy Credit Union announced on Facebook that its branch on West Mallon Avenue near where the pole went down is closed Tuesday due to a power outage.
Spokane Chiefs also said phone systems and internet at the Spokane Arena are currently down due to the crash. If you need to reach the ticket office, text ticket staff at 509-502-6383, email tickets@spokanechiefs.com or go to the Spokane Chiefs Ticket Office at 700 W Mallon Avenue.
The owner of Kasa Taphouse and Loren said those businesses will remain open Tuesday.
Lumen said it has multiple crews working to restore service as quickly as possible.
There is no word yet on when the pole will be fully repaired.
