SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Regional Health District has expanded its Overdose Dashboard to provide a broader look at substance use and overdoses across Spokane County.
The dashboard now includes overdose data involving prescription opioids, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, sedatives and alcohol poisoning.
New information also shows where overdoses occur, which drugs are used together and how overdoses affect different demographic groups, people experiencing homelessness and workers in different industries.
The dashboard also includes updated information about naloxone administered before emergency crews arrive.
The expansion was funded through a partnership with the city of Spokane Valley.
