Dangerous fire weather is coming back to the Inland Northwest this weekend. Saturday is a 4 News Now Weather Alert Day.
High pressure will keep conditions dry and hot on Friday, with temperatures climbing into the upper 80s to mid 90s.
A Fire Weather Warning is in effect for Saturday as a strong cold front brings sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph and gusts up to 50 mph. These winds, combined with low humidity, will create extreme fire behavior- extremely fast, extremely intense.
Blowing smoke and dust could lower air quality and limit visibility as well this weekend.

Temperatures will drop significantly behind these winds on Sunday. Highs will only hit the upper 70s.
