SPOKANE, Wash – Washington State Cougar fans can sip a new IPA this fall, knowing it also supports the future of WSU athletics.
Brick West Brewing announced the limited-edition Ol’ Crimson IPA, created in partnership with the Cougar Collective.
The brewery describes the beer as “a hop-forward, game-day-ready beer brewed for Cougars throughout Eastern Washington and beyond.”
A portion of the sales will benefit the Cougar Collective, which helps Cougar athletes with NIL opportunities.
“The Cougar Collective is proud to partner with Brick West Brewing to create an IPA that celebrates everything Cougar Nation stands for,” said Tim Brandle of the Cougar Collective. “This collaboration gives fans another great way to come together, raise a glass, and directly support opportunities for WSU student-athletes. It’s more than just a great beer, it’s another way to Wave the Flag.”
Fans can get their first taste and buy beer to go at a release party Wednesday, August 5th at Brick West. The event runs from 4-7 pm and is open to people of all ages.
Brick West says the beer will then be available at select bars, restaurants and stores throughout the region.
This is the second beer that supports the Cougar Collective.Ol’ Crimson Lager is brewed buy Pike Brewing and is available throughout the region.
