CHENEY, Wash. — The Cheney Parks and Recreation Department is offering free and discounted swimming at the Cheney Aquatic Center through Aug. 9.
The schedule includes three free swim nights and one discounted family night:
July 31, 5:30-8:30 p.m.: Free swim night
Aug. 4, 6-8 p.m.: Free National Night Out
Aug. 7, 5:30-8:30 p.m.: Free swim night
Aug. 9, 5:30-7:30 p.m.: $5 family night
The free and discounted swim nights provide families with accessible recreation opportunities during the summer months, according to Cheney Parks and Recreation.
Residents are encouraged to bring family and friends to any of the upcoming events at the Cheney Aquatic Center.
