SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — UPDATE, 2 P.M. Fire District 3 estimates the fire to be around 10 to 20 acres in size.
Firefighters were able to knock down the perimeter, but it continues to burn inside the fire line.
Level 3 evacuations are still in place.

Level 3 (GO NOW!) evacuations have been issued for a fast-moving fire on South Malloy Prairie Road in Spokane County.
The evacuations are for the area about one mile west of the fire’s origin, west of Malloy Prairie. People living in the area should leave immediately.
According to Fire District 3, the fire has grown to more than 3 acres already.
