SPOKANE, Wash. — A motorcyclist was severely injured in a crash in northwest Spokane on Wednesday afternoon, according to Spokane Police Department.
Around 12:30 p.m. on August 6, SPD responded to a reported motorcycle crash near Assembly Street and Northwest Boulevard in northwest Spokane.
SPD said the motorcyclist lost control of the motorcycle and hit a tree.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
SPD said the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash and that speed was the most likely cause, but the case is still under investigation.
