POST FALLS, Idaho — The Post Falls Water Division will shut down water service in part of the city on Tuesday, July 21, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to connect newly installed water mains as part of the Westwood Water Upgrade Project.
The city says this is the first of multiple upcoming shutdowns, and affected customers have been notified by door hanger.
Water service will be restored once the contractor completes the connection work.
The City of Post Falls says staff will flush air from the system, but some customers may still experience air in their water afterward.
See the map for the affected area.
