SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash – A man from Spokane Valley is in jail on vehicular homicide charges, accused of killing a pedestrian early Saturday morning.
The Washington State Patrol says Kasey C. Kimble was driving on South Pines just after 1 am Saturday when he hit a pedestrian, then drove away.
The pedestrian died at the scene, which is at Pines and Desmet, just south of the I-90 interchange.
Kimble was later arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail around 5 am.
No other details are available and the pedestrian’s name has not yet been released.
