SPOKANE, Wash. — The Downtown Spokane Partnership says more people were visiting downtown at the end of 2025 compared to 2024.
DSP released metrics on visitation numbers for the end of last year.
The group reported foot traffic in Q4 of 2025 was up 5.4% compared to the previous year. In December, downtown visitation was up 6% with the busiest day being December 13 when Terrain BrrrZAAR, Christmas Tree Elegance, and shows were happening.
DSP says most of the visitors to downtown are locals, living within 30 miles of downtown. Locals accounted for 77% of December visits.
DSP cites community events and more confidence from people in downtown.
