BOISE, Idaho – The two biggest college football programs in Idaho will renew their football rivalry, meeting again on the gridiron in 2031.
Governor Brad Little announced Boise State and University of Idaho will play again for the first time since 2010.
The game is already set for September 6, 2031, in Boise.
“We know how much this game means for both fan bases and the entire Gem State,” said Idaho Athletic Director Terry Gawlik.
“To host the Vandals in Boise and on The Blue, which is one of the most iconic places in the state of Idaho, is a great opportunity for not only both schools, but the entire state,” said Jeramiah Dickey, Boise State Director of Athletics.
This will be the 41st meeting between the two teams. Boise State leads matchup with a record of 22-17-1 against the Vandals.
