Christmas Eve in the Inland Northwest is going to begin with wet weather.
70% chance of showers from 10 a.m. to noon.
We should get a break from these showers mid-afternoon when we hit a high close to 50 degrees.
By evening, things will dry out. Santa won’t be dodging showers tonight.
We’re looking at a dry Christmas morning as well.
Rain showers will return Christmas afternoon and stick around until Friday.
Sadly, it’s too warm for a white Christmas this year.
Friday is our best chance for a rain/snow mix, so keep this in mind if you or your loved ones are traveling in or out of our region that day.
Colder and drier conditions are returning to region this weekend.
Safe travels and happy holidays!
