POST FALLS, Idaho — Strong winds continued to sweep across Washington and North Idaho Wednesday morning, toppling trees, knocking out power to thousands of customers and causing scattered damage in two locations in Post Falls.
On Ponderosa Avenue, a downed tree pulled down power lines near residential homes. On Douglas Court, another tree is blocking traffic.
