SPOKANE, Wash. – To close out the regular season, Andy Perez earns his first Colorado Rockies Organization Player of the Month award of the season.
Perez batted a .375 average, hitting 11 doubles and 13 RBIs with a .909 OPS. That ranks the shortstop second in average, first in doubles and sixth in OPS in the Northwest League.
The Indians didn’t fare as well as a team through their last full month, going a slightly below-average 12-14 in August.
Spokane only plays six more times in the 2025 series, beginning a series of that length against the Eugene Emeralds tonight at 6:35 p.m.
