KENNEWICK, Wash. — Two people were killed in a crash on State Route 397 in Kennewick on Friday afternoon according to the Washington State Patrol.
Troopers said Radphord L. Howard, was driving a 2021 Toyota RAV4 northbound near milepost 3 when it collided head-on with a southbound Peterbilt tractor-trailer around 1:51 p.m. Friday.
Howard and his passenger, Diana L. Howard, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver, Ricardo Saenz was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
