SPOKANE, Wash. — Officers are responding to a home near the intersection of Maxwell Avenue and Lincoln Street in Spokane.According to police, officers had planned to serve a search warrant at the location.SWAT officers were seen carrying tools commonly used to breach doors.4 News Now reports that a drone was used to enter the home, and no one from inside the home has come out.Two bystanders entered the area and retrieved two dogs from the property, according to our reporter at the scene.This is a developing story.
