RITZVILLE, Wash. — Eastbound I-90 will be restricted to one lane from 1 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Saturday as crews conduct paving operations near Ritzville, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
WSP said the work zone is located approximately 13 miles west of Ritzville where I-90 crosses over Highway 21 in Adams County.
Contractor crews will grind out the existing roadway surface and repave the bridge approach as part of WSDOT’s Eastern Region 2025 Bridge Repair project.
Work will shift between right and left lane closures.
Drivers should expect reduced speeds and plan for delays when approaching the work zone.
WSDOT officials urge motorists to slow down and watch for crews.
