SPOKANE, Wash. — Washington State Patrol says a driver is facing DUI charges for a crash that hospitalized him and his passenger.
According to WSP, 22-year-old Tibon Tibon of Spokane was driving north on Highway 395 about six miles north of Spokane around 8:30 Sunday morning.
WSP says Tibon drifted onto the left shoulder, overcorrected into southbound lanes, and flipped the vehicle rolling several times.
WSP says Tibon and his 21-year-old passenger were both not wearing seatbelts and taken to the hospital.
Charges are pending against Tibon.
