LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — A local winery is getting some big recognition taking home more than a dozen gold medals at a state competition.
Liberty Lake Wine Cellars won 13 gold medals at the 20th Annual Seattle Wine Awards held April 12-13.
The winery won for its 2022 vintage that it says used a new yeast strain to ferment sugar into acid instead of alcohol.
