SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — A multi-time convicted felon was arrested again following a months-long drug trafficking investigation.
According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, 43-year-old Tamboura E. Simmons was arrested for multiple charges on April 22 at a home near North Cincinnati Street and East Everett Avenue.
Simmons was previously convicted for multiple counts of delivering a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm and assault and more.
Another man, 33-year-old Jude M. Lesinki was also detained during the search and found to have several misdemeanor warrants for his arrest.
Detectives searched a second property near South Cuba Street and East 26th Avenue later that day.
Between the two locations, investigators found 93 grams of suspected fentanyl, five bottles of liquid methamphetamine, around 100 pills believed to contain fentanyl, nearly $15,000 in case, silver-gold coins estimated to be worth between $15-20,000, three vehicles, three guns, ammunition, eight phones and a large amount of drug paraphernalia.
Simmons was booked into Spokane County Jail for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Lesinski was booked into Spokane County Jail for the existing warrants.
