SPOKANE, Wash. – The WHL suspended Chief forward Andrew Cristall for Game 3 of the WHL First Round, and it seems he may have taken that personally.
Cristall’s remarkable hat trick lifted Spokane to a 6-2 win over the Vancouver Giants, avenging Game 3’s 3-2 loss.
Mathis Preston added a goal, his fourth of the postseason, and Berkley Catton dished three assists.
The Chiefs also scored three power play goals after scoring zero combined in their first three games.
Puck drop for Game 5 is Saturday, April 5th at 6:05 p.m. back at Spokane Arena.
