SPOKANE, Wash. – Many college basketball fans around the Inland Northwest got to witness UConn star Paige Bueckers drop 40 points in the win against Oklahoma and it all went down inside the Spokane Arena.
Not only is 40 points a career high for Bueckers, but it’s the most a UConn player has ever put up in an NCAA tournament. It’s also the fifth 40 point game in Husky history.
(2) UConn will face (1) USC in the Spokane Arena for the Elite Eight round Monday night at 6 p.m.
(3) LSU takes on (1) UCLA on Sunday at 12 p.m.
