SPOKANE, Wash. — Thousands of basketball fans are descending upon the Lilac City for this weekend’s NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.

“We’re definitely excited. We’re season ticket-holders. We travel all over and watch LSU play. We were at both the first and second round and it was electric,” said LSU fans Curtis and Darleen Dalton while enjoying Riverfront Park.
Teams are finishing up their practices on Thursday before the tournament kicks-off on Friday.
