SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — The man who kidnapped his 8-year-old daughter in Spokane County appeared in court Wednesday.
Authorities confirmed the girl was found at the STA Plaza in downtown Spokane within an hour of the abduction.
Reginald Kinsey, 40, was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on charges of kidnapping and violating a protection order.
During his first appearance, Kinsey’s bail was set at $500,000.
His arraignment is scheduled for April 8 at 9 a.m.
