SPOKANE, Wash. — A tree is blocking traffic on Highway 2 east of Airway Heights Wednesday morning.
Department of Transportation says the eastbound side is fully blocked and the westbound side is partially blocked.
Spokane Regional Transportation says a crash is on the eastbound side, but both directions are moving extremely slow.
A detour is in place via Spotted Road to Sunset Highway.
It’s unclear at this time if the tree caused the crash or vice versa.
Drivers should expect delays and use alternate routes.
