Avista’s outage map shows power has been restored to customers near Ponderosa Elementary School in Spokane Valley.

Over 1,600 Avista customers are without power near Ponderosa Elementary School in Spokane Valley.
According to Avista, the outage started just after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and is impacting 1,679 customers.
Avista said crews are currently working to restore power as quickly as possible. Power is expected to be restored between 5:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.
The cause of the outage is under investigation.
