FERRY COUNTY, Wash. — People in eastern Ferry County woke up without power Wednesday morning.
Avista reported a power outage impacting a little more than 1,000 people in Inchelium and the Twin Lakes area.
Avista says the power went out around 4:45 a.m. and the cause is under investigation.
Power was restored around 10:30 a.m.
