SPOKANE, Wash. — The Boulevard Race is set to take over Spokane’s University District in September with a lower registration price, new race shirts and a poster highlighting Spokane.
Race registration was originally set at $30, but organizers lowered the price to $25 following the Spokane fires in an effort to make the event more accessible.
Organizers also unveiled two new shirt designs for this year’s race, along with a poster featuring Spokane.
Participants can enjoy free doughnuts and themed fun zones along the course.
The Boulevard Race benefits the Community Cancer Fund and was voted the No. 2 Best Fun Run in the nation by USA Today.
The race is Sunday, September 20 and is open to all runners and walkers.
