RALEIGH, N.C. – The first Carolina Hurricanes Stanley Cup Final title since 2006 is nearly here.
Carolina pulled away for a 4-2 win over the Vegas Golden Knights, pushing the series to a 3-2 lead.
The Canes’ top line performed fantastically, with captain Jordan Staal, Andrei Svechnikov, and Sebastian Aho all scoring, the first of whom scoring in five-straight Stanley Cup Final games, tying the record.
Vegas netminder Carter Hart extends his record of allowing four-plus goals to a staggering five games.
