LOOKOUT PASS — A jackknifed semi-truck stalled traffic on Lookout Pass Wednesday morning.
The semi became stuck around 6 a.m. during a snowy commute.
According to the Idaho Transportation Department, all westbound lanes on the pass were blocked while crews tried to clear the stuck semi.
The road was cleared around 9 a.m.
