SPOKANE, Wash. — Flu cases continue to rise across the country, and a local grocery chain is looking to help protect people.
Fred Meyer and QFC pharmacies will start offering flu vaccinations including walk-in availability at many locations.
No appointment is needed, and most insurances cover the vaccine at little or no cost.
Health officials warn flu activity is likely to stay elevated for several weeks.
