SPOKANE, Wash – The Spokane Symphony will perform the Oscar-winning La La Land soundtrack live while the film plays on a big screen at the Fox Theater on Valentine’s Day.
The live-to-film concert experience is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. The symphony will perform Justin Hurwitz’s acclaimed score in synchronization with the 2016 Academy Award-winning film.
La La Land follows Mia, an aspiring actress played by Emma Stone, and Sebastian, a jazz musician portrayed by Ryan Gosling, as they pursue their dreams and fall in love in Los Angeles.
Composer Justin Hurwitz created the memorable soundtrack and has earned two Academy Awards, four Golden Globes, three Critics’ Choice Awards, two Grammy Awards and a BAFTA for his collaborations with director Damien Chazelle.
