PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State Cougars’ (2-13) win streak ends as quickly as it arrived, dropping their 13th game of the season in a 67-58 loss to the Loyola Marymount Lions (7-6).
Eleonora Villa paced the Cougs with 21 points on 8-21 shooting, adding four rebounds and three assists.
WSU shot the exact same splits from three and the field as LMU, but made 14 fewer free throws and more than doubled the Lions’ turnovers.
