SPOKANE, Wash – Most school districts in the Inland Northwest are delaying or canceling school due to Wednesday’s wind storm.
Spokane, Central Valley, Mead and Cheney are all operating under a delay.
Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and Moscow Schools have canceled classes for the day.
High winds moved in just before 5 am.
As of 6 am, the storm has knocked out power to tens of thousands of people across the Inland Northwest.
