SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for two runaway juveniles who disappeared from a group home Wednesday evening.
Jaiden McMinn, 9, and Quintez P. Poorthunder, 13, ran away from a group home near the intersection of E. Sharp Avenue and N Rees Road at approximately 5:06 p.m. on December 11, 2025, according to the Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Office.
Group home staff reported both boys were last seen walking north toward E. Mission Avenue, deputies said. The sheriff’s office said the juveniles are actively trying to hide from adults and law enforcement.
McMinn is described as a White male, approximately 5 feet tall with curly dark hair, wearing a red and black plaid long-sleeve shirt and black sweatpants with neon paint, according to deputies.
Poorthunder is described as a White male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall with blonde hair and glasses, wearing a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants, the sheriff’s office said.
The juveniles may have been spotted near E. Sharp Avenue and N. Bessie Road, but their current whereabouts remain unknown, according to deputies.
